AZEK vs. Trex: When Does the Premium Matter?
Watch for: "AZEK" vs. "TimberTech" vs. "TimberTech AZEK"
All are owned by the same parent company but they are different products. A bid saying "TimberTech composite" is not the same as "AZEK PVC." The price difference on 400 sqft is $3,000–$5,000. Always require the specific product line name — EDGE, PRO Legacy, PRO Reserve, AZEK Landmark, or AZEK Vintage — in writing before signing.
